About
← MenuThis project compares multiple 3D renderings of the same concept: a wormhole-style chessboard where the surface curves into a tunnel (the “throat”) and visually connects to another board-like region.
Variants
The first variant is a hand-built implementation authored directly by me (Andrew R. Garcia). It was AI-assisted in the normal development sense (iteration and coding help), but it was not generated by v0.dev and it does not follow the same pipeline used for the AI variants.
The other variants are AI-generated comparisons produced using a consistent workflow, so the differences you see are primarily driven by how each model interprets the same starting prompt and references.
Methodology
I wrote a single “human prompt” describing the wormhole chessboard and provided two reference images. I then gave that same input to three different LLMs (GPT-5, Sonnet, and Grok) and asked each of them to produce a strong prompt for v0.dev. Finally, I used v0.dev to generate the corresponding Next.js + Three.js pages.
The original prompt and the full model outputs are available in Prompt messages (stored as a FUR conversation log).
Reference images
These references were used across all AI-generated variants.
